Wow, I haven't had spiedies in a really long time (no longer live in area) but was trying to explain to a friend what they were and decided to look for them on the internet and pow here is this awesome website. Not only did it help to visually boost my description, but now I have been asked to buy some marinade between now and Christmas so my friend can taste them, a task I will happily oblige! Discovering this website was a truly advantageous experience! Thanks so much!

Remarkably i forgot to mention the magnificent fries which accompany those exquisite ribs. These fries are unlike any other, second to none. I would drive for hours to taste their delicious nectar. I am greatly anticipating our next rendezvous. For I lie awake every night unable to sleep for the beautiful flavor haunts me so.

Tis a shame I live so far, such a vast distance between our beautiful souls. I attempt to make this great trek as often as possible to get me to the greatest restaurant in the world, serving the greatest food in the world (my main dish is the Glorious ribs. I salivate by the name of Spiedie and Rib Pit. Which is a terrible thing since the astronomical distance between my mouth and those ribs. Nothing on long island or anywhere else on the planet for that matter comes close to the delectable flavor of those delicious ribs.
